SlidePainter is a Google Slides add-on for font and color management. We are committed to a transparent, no-storage data policy.
Information AccessWe access only the data required to modify the active presentation:
- Content of the active slide deck
- Current font and color attributes
Information is used exclusively to apply requested style changes. We do not use presentation content for analytics, advertising, or tracking.
Data ProtectionSlidePainter relies entirely on Google's secure infrastructure (Google Apps Script and Google Workspace) to process all data. All communication is protected via HTTPS encryption, and all processing occurs within Google's environment. SlidePainter does not transmit or store data on external servers or third-party systems. Access to user data is limited strictly to the permissions granted via Google OAuth and used only for the functionality of the add-on. SlidePainter does not access or process sensitive user data such as health, financial, or personally identifiable information beyond what is required for authentication.
Data StorageNo user data is stored on external systems. All operations occur during the active session only.
Data Retention & DeletionSlidePainter does not retain any user data after execution. All processing is performed in real-time and data is immediately discarded once the operation is completed. No logs, backups, or persistent storage of presentation data are maintained. No user data persists beyond the active session.
User ControlThis add-on adheres to the Google API Services Policy . You can revoke access anytime via your Google Account .
