SlidePainter

These Terms of Service govern the use of the SlidePainter Google Slides add-on ("SlidePainter", "the Service"). By installing or using SlidePainter, you agree to the following terms.
Description of the Service
SlidePainter is a Google Slides add-on that allows users to analyze and modify presentation styling, including the detection and replacement of fonts and colors across slides.
The Service is provided as a tool to assist users in managing visual consistency in presentations.
Use of the Service
By using SlidePainter, you agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes and in accordance with Google Workspace policies.
You are responsible for the content of your presentations and any changes applied through the add-on.
SlidePainter does not take responsibility for presentation content created, modified, or shared by users.
User Responsibility
Users are responsible for reviewing any changes made by the add-on before distributing or publishing their presentations.
Although SlidePainter aims to perform accurate replacements of fonts and colors, the developer does not guarantee that all formatting will remain identical after modifications.
Data and Privacy
SlidePainter accesses Google Slides presentation data only as required to perform its functionality.
SlidePainter does not store, collect, or share presentation content outside of the execution of the add-on.

Service Availability
The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis.
The developer may modify, update, suspend, or discontinue the Service at any time without prior notice.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, the developer of SlidePainter shall not be liable for any damages resulting from the use or inability to use the Service, including but not limited to loss of data, formatting changes, or presentation errors.
Changes to the Terms
These Terms of Service may be updated from time to time. Continued use of SlidePainter after changes are made constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
